Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Assistant with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, administrative tasks, and ERP-based financial workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Perform bank and supplier account reconciliations
- Support VAT documentation and compliance (UAE VAT knowledge preferred)
- Coordinate with management to improve ERP-based accounting processes
- Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Aging reports)
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Assist with procurement, inventory, and basic HR coordination
- Handle general office administration and reporting tasks
- Support management with day-to-day operational requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Office Suite
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Skills
- UAE VAT knowledge
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or service industries
- Languages : Hindi & English
