Accountant / Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Assistant with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, administrative tasks, and ERP-based financial workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  • Perform bank and supplier account reconciliations
  • Support VAT documentation and compliance (UAE VAT knowledge preferred)
  • Coordinate with management to improve ERP-based accounting processes
  • Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Aging reports)
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Assist with procurement, inventory, and basic HR coordination
  • Handle general office administration and reporting tasks
  • Support management with day-to-day operational requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (highly preferred) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Office Suite
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills

  • UAE VAT knowledge
  • Experience in trading, manufacturing, or service industries
  • Languages : Hindi & English
