Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience
• Guide customers on product selection, fabric options, and tailoring-related queries
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of uniforms, fabrics, and textile products
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for order follow-ups and customer requirements
• Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions
• Share customer feedback and market insights with management
• Support inventory handling and stock organization
• Upsell products through personalized recommendations

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom or retail sales, preferably in fashion or premium products
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Arabic, English, and Hindi language skills preferred (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, and uniform products is an advantage
• Energetic, proactive, and confident in a customer-facing showroom role
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player
