Industry Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in uniforms, workwear, or textile-based B2B sales. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients such as hospitals, hotels, schools, industrial firms, and government entities, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to order execution.

The ideal candidate understands fabric types, customization, sizing, pricing, and tender-based selling, and can build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in healthcare, hospitality, education, corporate, and industrial sectors
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Understand client requirements (fabric, design, quantity, branding, compliance) and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and post-sale coordination
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Product & Order Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and operations teams for order execution
  • Ensure accurate sizing, branding details, delivery timelines, and quality standards
  • Support bulk orders, tenders, and institutional contracts

Market & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand
  • Maintain sales records and pipelines using CRM or ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in uniforms, textiles, garments, or workwear sales
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of fabrics (cotton, polyester blends, GSM, finishes) and customization processes
  • Experience handling bulk orders, tenders, or institutional clients is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to hospitals, hotels, or government entities
  • Understanding of branding methods (embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer)
  • Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end
  • Strong follow-up and execution mindset
